By accessing and using GigAChad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Capacity and Throttling
To ensure high performance and service availability, we enforce a strict global limit on the total number of active posts allowed on the platform at any given time. If the system is at capacity, new posts may be temporarily throttled or blocked until space opens up via automatic post expiration.
3. Content Moderation
All posts submitted to the platform are placed into a "Pending Review" queue before becoming publicly visible. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or permanently delete any post at our sole discretion, without notice, if it violates our community guidelines, appears to be spam, or poses a safety risk.
4. Community Reporting
Users are empowered to flag inappropriate content. Misuse of the reporting tool, or repeatedly posting flagged content, will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account.
5. User Interactions
GigAChad acts purely as a discovery platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services advertised, the truth or accuracy of user content, or the ability of users to complete transactions. You agree to interact with other users at your own risk.
